💬 Verdict:
A thrilling shot at monster returns that sadly came up short. Dr T J Eckleburg kept the dream alive with a gritty placing at 26/1, but the others couldn’t land a blow. Eva’s Oskar stayed on late and Gibbs Island was disappointing after market support. Still, the angles were sharp and the place concessions well exploited.
🧠 What We Learned:
-
T J confirmed he’s a spring handicapper to keep following off a low weight.
-
Each-way value pays – even one big placer almost saved the multiple.
-
Foxhunters’ chaos means staying types need more luck than judgment.
💡 Next Time: We go again – same logic, same system, better bounce.
